I hate Paypal....

Pulak dah....Haritu hate FB....kan?

Takdelah....kan aku guna paypal as my payment gateway for credit card payment...tapi sejak paypal di asia ni diuruskan oleh paypal singapore, meluat aku....kerja depa nak charge....charge...charge....tulah kerja! Now, you cannot send money as freely anymore you know? They will charge you 3.4%+ RM2...so ta lehlah kalau sesaja nak transfer money into your kid's paypal account ke...satgi anak hang kena charge. Kalau 20 hengget takpelah sikit...kalau 5K...rugi3x!
There's no more...'send money' only 'send payment'....

Alkisahnya aku ni walau dah lama buat biznes ni, kalau nak withdraw aku akan send money ke my personal paypal account, then withdraw into my local bank. free...FREE! not free la sebab depa dah charge 3.4%+RM2 per transaction for my customer. PER TRANSACTION!. Kalau customer beli barang tak sampai 10ringgit dan bayaq kredit card....aku rugi tau...tapi tak gamak nak limit kat customer (banyak online biz buat cam ni)  kata kalau nak bayaq kredit kad at least rm50....(taklah rugi sangat aku ni). Customer pun, setakat barang 5 hengget takkan takleh bank in....nak pakai cc jugak....

Then, i want to withdraw...naper tak withdraw straight from bisnes paypal account? Sebabnya, aku letakkan nama bisnes aku kat situ (paypal biz account), bukan nama aku. Takkan nak charge kat orang buh nama 'MINAH' kot. Tak prolah gitu kan? Kita tak boleh la pulak nak setkan nama pemegang akaun bank tu. Nama pemegang akaun tu depa pepandai letakkan nama biznes so takleh la withdraw sebab nama bank akaun holder tak sama. Satgi kalau kena return money depa nak charge lagi. Sebab tu aku akan send money ke personal akaun dulu, then dari personal akaun aku akan withdraw masuk akaun bank....macam tulah setiap kali sehingga policy baru nie....no more send money as personal share...

I nak withdrawlah kan....so depa charge 3.4% + 2.00....meaning depa charge 3.4%+2.00 2 kali lah...Tak boleh jadi nie. So I refunded back the money (that i send to myself from paypal biz account to my paypal personal account)....went to the bank and opened a biz account. Percayalah aku selama ini hanya guna akaun peribadi untuk online transaction. Esok nak pegi bank cimb plak, sebab cimb kena ada introducer kena bawak hubby sebab dia ada current account, boleh jadi introducer. Sebenaqnya bagus gaklah insiden ini...kalau tak jangan harap aku nak buka akaun biz...

I understand Paypal is doing business. How ever, this 'send payment' thing is really a crap and and bulls***! I am looking for other payment gateway. Well, i won't pay even sekupang for services i already paid.

update 9/7/13: you can change your paypal business name actually, without requesting them to change it for you...at your main paypal 'my account' page, move your cursor to 'profile' and click it! if you just mouse over it...no magic! Then, edit whatever you want to edit. If you change your business name the same name as your banking account holder name, you can safely withdraw your money....duh! Read the f*****g FAQ!

However, i successfully created two new business account at maybank and cimb....more professional then using my personal name to deal with strangers right? It happens for a reason...
